Elizabeth earned her music degree at Hunter College in New York City, where she also received classical training from widely acclaimed piano teacher Edna Golandsky, the leading exponent of the Taubman Approach. While in NY Elizabeth taught at a children's music institute (Music in Chappaqua) and taught private lessons in Manhattan. Since leaving NY, she's taught music K-12 in public, private, and home school settings in Mississippi and North Carolina. She's also lectured at the university level (Mississippi State Unviersity).
